Gateway to Gaia Ecotherapy Retreat
Gateway to Gaia Ecotherapy Retreat
Hello beloveds!
If you’re looking for a restorative retreat to love up on your nervous system and the planet, join us at the Sanctuary on Saturday, April 19th (Earth Day Weekend)!
Nourish yourself with a day of community, ceremony, celebration, spiritual skill building, and sacred stewardship of the Sanctuary and our own sweet souls. You’ll leave well resourced, rested, and feeling interconnected with one another, your own wild wisdom, and with a deepened relationship with this magical planet we are blessed to be part of.
Earth Day history/is celebrated bypeople all over the globe in a movement aiming to raise awareness about environmental issues and inspiring action to protect our planet.
The day’s offerings include:
Nourishment: Delicious herbal teas and a seasonal, vegetarian lunch lovingly crafted from the witch’s kitchen are included
Circling in Ceremony: To ground and honor the hard work of our nervous systems, we gather in Circle at the start and end of the day. You’ll leave this sacred time-out-of time wrapped in resilience and better resourced, ready to walk our personal paths with power.
Altarcraft and Art: Add to our co-created altar, make your own nature-based oracle cards, and nature art in the Garden
Courting the Green Ones & Marking the Way: As we tour the Sanctuary we’ll adorn our Native Plant Trail with handmade signs to honor the ancestral plant allies of N’dakinna.
Honoring our Ancestors of Place and Lineage: Calling on and in the legacies of powerful, resourceful Ones who have Gone Before
Path-Tending Land as Self: As we clear the paths of their winter debris, we’ll let go of patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, making way for easier, safer, and more joyous journeys into both the unknown and our own wild knowing.
Sacred Self Care Time: Journal, enjoy eco-art activities, write a letter to yourself, take a nap under Grandmother Oak, explore the sanctuary, and enjoy some gentle solo time in Nature
Creative Gifts from the Sanctuary: Take home a little bit of the sanctuary’s magic in the form of herbal goodies and art, as a way transport back into the nurturing energy of this day
