Our Sanctuary of Sacred Earth Education welcomes people to experience
the magic intelligence of the natural world around us.

Just as all life must adapt to change, our woodland oasis of gardens, trails, habitats, and apothecary is an ever-evolving community designed for healing, skill building,
herbal education, and connection to earth and to self.

We encourage and support the gift of knowing that you are the hero of your own mythic journey, nature will guide you, and all is in perfect time.

We are proud to be part of United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary Network. United Plant Savers’ mission is to protect native medicinal plants, fungi, and their habitats while ensuring renewable populations for use by generations to come. The Botanical Sanctuary Network is network of sanctuaries dedicated to restoring and preserving habitat for wildlife, both plants, and animals. As a sanctuary member, we not only preserve and grow at-risk native and medicinal plants with the goal of rematriating them into the wild habitats where they can thrive, we practice ecological stewardship through actions such as Spring amphibian crossings, pollinator gardening, organic horticulture, permaculture design, and animal habitat development. As a United Plant Savers Partner In Education, we are committed to sharing information and hands-on learning opportunities with the public through workshops, apprenticeships, tours, and outreach. Introducing the idea of at-risk medicinal plant conservation to herbalism students is essential to the mission of United Plant Savers.

To help facilitate this introduction, UpS offers a special student membership of $20 per student for all schools, apprentice programs, and training courses that enroll their students as a group. Join us in our mission to Plant the Future through the conservation of our native medicinal plants!

We are pleased to share that we have made the Two Thirds commitment as outlined by the Perfect Earth Project’s initiative, Two Thirds for the Birds. We encourage all to learn about the native flora and fauna in their area, and to encourage biodiversity by recognizing the role we play in engaging with the nature we are so intricately a part of.
